Information Technology (IT) supports the entire Sonoran University Community – students, faculty, and staff – by providing answers to technology questions and providing support regarding technology issues. The IT department strives to provide support for student, faculty and staff day-to-day technology needs along with providing our University the necessary long-term IT security, management and planning.

We are glad to help you navigate the Sonoran University tech environment, including:

Technology Tools and Quick Reference Guides

A quick listing of some of our web-based systems available to the Sonoran University Community.  Access the tools below using your web browser.

  • accounts.sonoran.edu -  Listing of all major Sonoran University systems - including login format, password reset, etc.
  • techcheck.sonoran.edu -  Sonoran University technology compatibility check tool and minimum hardware/software specs.
  • my.sonoran.edu  -  Sonoran University portal (this tool).  Central portal to access tools, policies, information, etc.
  • 365.sonoran.edu -  Office 365 - your email, OneDrive cloud storage, download Office software, etc.
  • canvas.sonoran.edu -  Canvas - our Learning Management System (LMS) - your online classroom.
  • login.sonoran.edu -  Important! Account Management Tool - reset your Sonoran University account password (visit the site to enroll).
  • library.sonoran.edu -  Sonoran University Library page access.
  • librarycatalog.sonoran.edu -  Sonoran University Library catalog.
  • ecw.sonoran.edu -  Online Electronic Healthcare Records system (EHR).  Authorized access only.
  • adp.sonoran.edu -  For faculty, staff, employees - our time/compensation management system.
  • phonesystem.sonoran.edu -  For faculty, staff, employees - campus phone system (for web-enabled users).
  • iprint.sonoran.edu -  For our on-campus, faculty, staff, students - view your printing statistics.
  • mobilityprint.sonoran.edu -  Important!  For on-campus printing - install campus printers on your device.
  • panopto.sonoran.edu - Video content platform embedded into Canvas - stores Canvas and other video content (log in with Canvas credentials).
  • ithelpdesk.sonoran.edu   - Submit an IT support request.
  • patientportal.sonoran.edu   - Access the Sonoran University Medical Center patient portal.
  • zoom.sonoran.edu   - For our Zoom hosts (i.e., faculty), access your Zoom account with single sign-on.
