If your Canvas-specific technology issue cannot be addressed with the Canvas Guides, you can submit a support ticket to Canvas. To do so, please follow the instructions for Reporting a Problem to Canvas.
Get Help for Something Not Working in Canvas LMS
Click the Help icon in left navigation bar within Canvas. Then click Report a Problem.
Fill in the Subject, Description, and select How it is affecting you. When finished click Submit Ticket.
