Sonoran University is committed to providing the support needed to help our servicemen and women adjust to graduate school life. The mission of the Veterans Support Services Group (VSSG) is to facilitate a smooth transition from military life to our professional degree program by providing veterans a strong support system and centralized "vet-friendly" services.

The Veteran Support Services Group provides the direct support necessary for academic, personal and/or vocational success. Through coordination of college, local, state, and federal programs and series, the VSSG aims at providing comprehensive services information in one convenient place intended to assist veterans and their dependents achieve their educational goals.

In addition to the VSSG, the Veterans Support Services Team is composed of Sonoran University of Health Sciences faculty, staff, Student Veterans of America (SVA) group, and student services who want to ensure the needs of veteran students are met.
