Building Evacuation Procedure

Should a building evacuation be necessary (i.e., for a fire drill, etc.), you may be alerted in the following ways:

• Building alarm.
• Hallway strobe lights.
• In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will activate automatically.
• Emergency email and/or text notification.

Please adhere to the following process:

• Exit the affected building(s) quickly and quietly.
• Do not attempt to carry large items, boxes, equipment, personal items, etc.
• Exit the building using the closest stairwell - do not use building elevators.
• Assemble at the building-dependent designated meeting area shown below.
• Remain at the meeting area until given clearance to re-enter the building.
